What to expect
The Sundae Showdown is a walk-around afternoon tasting of ten finalist sundae creations, each recreated by the IDCC culinary team from the original submitted recipes. Your Sundae Passport carries you from station to station, lets you score each tasting, and crowns the 2027 champion.
Family-friendly. Sharing a passport is encouraged — each one is 20–30 oz of ice cream across all tastings, plenty to split with kids, a friend, or a partner.
