What we're looking for
An original sundae recipe with three components — the same three Chester Platt combined in 1892:
- An ice cream base (chocolate or vanilla for individual submitters; custom flavors welcome from ice cream professionals)
- At least one sauce, glaze, or drizzle
- At least one garnish
Submissions are open to individuals, businesses, restaurants, ice cream shops, and industry professionals — local or nationwide. No submission fee. Detailed rules and the entry form go live in January.
