When is the event?
Sunday, April 18, 2027, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. VIP ticket holders get early access from noon.
Where is it?
The upstairs ballroom of the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center, 118 East Green Street, Ithaca, NY. Parking is at the adjacent Green Street Parking Garage.
When can I buy tickets?
Ticket sales open in March 2027. Add your email to the interest list and we'll let you know the moment they go live. Pricing and the new VIP tier will be announced then.
When can I submit a recipe?
The recipe submission form opens Friday, January 1, 2027. Anyone can submit — local or nationwide, individuals or businesses. Get on the list to be notified.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. It's an afternoon of ice cream tasting — kids are very welcome, and sharing a passport is encouraged. Each passport is plenty for two people (or a small family) to split.
Where do the proceeds go?
All proceeds benefit The History Center in Tompkins County, which preserves and shares the history of Tompkins County through archives, exhibits, and public programs.
